East Village Creative Offices

The buildings located at 425-441 E 4th Street in Long Beach were originally a mixed-use development, and were adaptively-reused to become a creative multi-unit office building known as the East Village Creative Offices. Directly on the corner of 4th & Linden is long-time local business Lyon Art Supply.

This project included collaboration with local architectural studio, Studio One-Eleven.
